If you're bothered with the *f-word, then please close your eyes. Or if you find it hard to navigate your keyboard with your eyes closed, then I suggest just cover the *f-word with your thumb. LOL!
You can't just sit down and expect to lose weight! But if you diet and then sit down, then that's a different matter entirely. -Me to friend who wanted to lose weight and binge on pizzas at the same time
