If having the flu is not bad enough, after I got well, I got bitten by a dog. How unfortunate, I know. I am already the mistress of unfortunate events. I was just handing my puppies their food when all of a sudden, one puppy reached out and bit my finger. I think he had mistaken my finger for a fried chicken. My mom berated me on how stupid I was, my uncle berated me on how unaware I was on what's happening around me, and my brother berated me for being such an idiot by getting bitten. I went to the hospital to get some shots and we waited so long before I got my shots because the insurance company was so hard to contact. I was thinking if I had to wait that long if my life was in grave danger. I'll die before the insurance company picks up the phone. Well, my life was not in grave danger anyway so maybe it was okay. I got my shots and to my consternation, I was given 7 shots for one itsy, bitsy, teeny cut. It was so painful, especially when I got an injection to my butt. I was wondering if it was necessary, maybe they're just doing it to frighten me so I won't get bitten by a dog ever again.
I am organizing a party for my organization in the university and it was on March 27. I got sick somewhere on March 21, missed almost all my classes in the university for that crucial week and got bitten by a dog on March 28. That was great, just great. At least on March 26, I was feeling a lot better, and I came to the party the next night fully recovered, totally went wild and got drunk. I will tell you all about it on my following posts, but in the meantime, believe me when I say that I did not intentionally leave my blog to rot. It just went to rot by itself while I was away.

Ah, that sucks! It's funny how your family got into a rage LOL. I think it's kinda cute how they were like that, hahaha! I know how painful it is to get those shots, worse than the bite. No, I wasn't the one who got bitten, my brother. We had to go all the way to.. San Lorenzo?

And I know how it's a pain in the *** (literally) to get shots.
I remember once a flying bug hit my eye while I was riding a bike. Even though it hit my eye I couldn't see what kind of insect it was...maybe because I closed my eyes when it was coming in my direction (doh)?
Anyway, I went to the hospital and since I nor anyone knew what hit/bit me I ended up staying in the hospital for a few hours and had to take a few shots being one in the butt too. I don't know why it has to be there.
But what really matters is to be well as soon as possible right? :)

Your family sounds like mine. Everybody has to have their say! I hope you have learned as I did to just tune all that out!
